ATLANTIC IMMIGRATION PILOT PROGRAM
The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program is an employer - driven program through which skilled foreign workers and international graduates can become PR by working and living in one of the Canada’s 4 provinces.
This program enables employers to hire qualified candidates for the jobs they have been unable to fill locally.
Pilot requirements
There are 3 programs in the pilot that employers can hire you through. You may qualify for more than 1 program, but you can only apply through 1.
All 3 programs require proof that you meet the language, education and work experience requirements and that you have enough money to support you and your family when you come to Canada.

NOTE: As of June 1, 2019, your spouse of common-law partner can apply for an open work permit if (A) you have work permit through the Atlantic Immigration Pilot, and (B) your job is listed as skill Type O, or Skill Level A, B or C in the National Occupation of Canada.
