Benefits of The New Caregiver Programs

The new caregiver programs are Occupation based rather than Employer based.
The new caregiver programs allows them to immigrate and reside with their families together in Canada as caregiver’s immediate family members are offered study permits or work permits.
After meeting the qualifying work experience as a caregiver which is 2 year full time work in Canada, one can gain permanent residency.
LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment) is no longer a requirement.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

You must have a caregiver job offer from Canada.
Have at least CLB level 5 in either English or French in each of the four modules.
You must have at least one-year Canadian post-secondary education or a foreign equivalent.
You are admissible to Canada.
